I watched much of the Chargers playoff game against the Patriots, and was disappointed that they lost. But considering the circumstances, they didn’t lose by much. Why didn’t the Chargers win on Sunday? In my opinion, they didn’t have the reserves — they couldn’t play their best people because they had exhausted them in the games leading up to Sunday’s game. Although they didn’t make it to the Super Bowl, they got farther in the playoffs than they have in some years. This may serve them well while they try to put together a new stadium deal here in the San Diego area.
