The Employee Participation and Ownership Scholarly Research Award is awarded by the Academy of Management. The AOM is the leading global academic community that is passionate about developing and sharing knowledge related to the effective management of people at work. Piloted with the Aspen Institute in 2009, the award program has evolved under the leadership of AOM since 2013.
