Beyster Executive-in-Residence for Innovation through Equity and Ownership at UC San Diego is a nationally recognized industry practitioner who will teach students on equity and ownership and lead bold solutions needed to ensure more workers/employees have access to ownership opportunities that generate prosperity. In 2026, Alissa Orlando was selected as the inaugural Executive-in-Residence bringing her entrepreneurial experience to launch a new ownership transition academy.
