The Beyster Foundation for Enterprise Development is the founding and a sustaining sponsor of the SDFSA’s Local Food Economy Lab that centers around equity and community ownership, and works to support the viability of small-scale farmers, ranchers, fishermen, food business owners, and the communities they serve in San Diego County. Key Lab programs supported include the Pollinator, the Community Food Fund, and the Community Land Trust.
