The Beyster Foundation for Enterprise Development is the founding and a sustaining sponsor of the SDFSA’s Local Food Economy Lab that centers around equity and community ownership, and works to support the viability of small-scale farmers, ranchers, fishermen, food business owners, and the communities they serve in San Diego County. 2025 marks the fourth year of Pollinator, a key program, that delivers tailored business planning and coaching services throughout the region.
